On the ESports course we were encouraged by tutors to put on an event at the end of the year, as a fun project to challenge our proffesional skills. We decided to put on a multi-event game day open to anyone in the college, for charity. There was a stream with commentators on one side of the room, with various mini events such as Mario Kart tournament, an overwatch competition & a valorant match. On the other side of the room were PCs setup on various games that people could play freely.

For our event we wanted a consistent theme accross the stream graphics, the posters & other promotional material. I used an element of the corporate brand guidelines for the "aces" esport brand, that i had used prior for the ACES_NRWCH Esports Team, along with some unique elements.

We captured some footage on the day, of our setup and how the event was to be there in person! We took over one of the games labs for the whole day!
