When creating all of the graphics & branding to market our show, I created a 'Brand Guidelines' document featuring all of the styles of text, colors & effects along with the logo with a detailed breakdown of each element. This is a base to always come back to when desinging new graphics, to keep the integraty & recognisability of an IP.

Show Intro + Theme
Pre-Show Screen
On the show we use a custom composed theme song by @LuvFromClay, simply titled "Friend or Clout". Before this we used stock music, and when commissioning the new theme we kept that in mind, along with some inspiration of other themes in the gameshow space.
In 2024 we started the Friend or Clout podcast to give some behind the scenes insight. In 2025 that podcast was rebranded and given a formal schedule ahead of the 3rd season of Friend or Clout, as part of the marketing schedule every month, and titled "Friend or Clout - Off Air".
We also upgraded the production value of the podcast, and not only launched it live on twitch & youtube as with "Friend or Clout - The Podcast" before, but also on Spotify, Apple Podcasts & Amazon Music - giving listeners & viewers more flexibility over how they consume the podcast, and welcoming new viewers who may stumble across the podcast in isolation, and go through to discover the show.
Friend or Clout is a technically complicated affair. It started out all on one PC with a single OBS instance, however it has grown.
The current way it's run is with an ATEM Mini vision mixer, a PC acting as an ingest for all of the video inputs from the internet, feeding into the vision mixer & a streaming PC which plays all of the graphics ontop, and encodes the broadcast to send to Twitch & YouTube.
We use the Twitch guest star feature & a website called vdo.ninja. Both host video sources that are able to be put through our vision mixer, and so we send those out to everyone appearing so their audio & video is available on the broadcast!
